In April 2025 Dr Morse again visited PNG for a volunteer trip with Orthopaedic Outreach Australia. This trip was unique in that a “Principles of Fracture Management” course was run by the team, teaching basic orthopaedic skills through lectures and practical sessions. Dr Morse organised the course, the first of its kind in PNG since the early 1990’s. It was a huge success, with a total of 21 surgeons from across PNG completing the course.
