On 5th August 2025 Dr Morse and his surgical team made history! It was the first time a shoulder replacement had been performed with the assistance of robotic technology anywhere outside of the US. This groundbreaking surgery had only been performed by a handful of other surgeons in the US previously, and Dr Morse was honoured to become the first surgeon to do so elsewhere. The hope is that this technology will allow what is already a fantastic operation become even more reproducible and accurate. Everything went according to plan on the day, and the patient is recovering well post-surgery.
